Data handling

Files are not added to the WordPress Media Library or stored in the WordPress database. They pass through temporary PHP upload storage solely to be forwarded for analysis and are deleted immediately afterwards. Copies uploaded to the AI provider are deleted immediately after the response is produced. Provider-side service retention rules may still apply unless your API project has approved data-retention controls.

Case context and questions Evidence files

Maximum 10 files, 100 MB each. Video is analysed using its audio transcript and representative still frames, not every frame.
