Terms of service
These terms explain the basis on which the evidence-preparation service is provided.
Nature of the service
The service organises and analyses supplied evidence to support preparation and communication with qualified legal representatives. It does not act as a solicitor or barrister, conduct litigation, exercise rights of audience, decide a plea or guarantee any result.
Authority to upload
Users must only submit material they are authorised to provide and must not upload unlawfully obtained, altered, malicious, prohibited or irrelevant files. Court, prison, prosecution and disclosure restrictions remain the user’s responsibility unless a solicitor has confirmed the sharing arrangement.
Accuracy and verification
AI transcription and analysis can contain errors. Video may be sampled rather than reviewed frame by frame. Every report must be checked against the original evidence. Legal conclusions and anything intended for proceedings must be approved by a qualified legal professional.
Prohibited use
The service must not be used to intimidate witnesses, coordinate accounts, conceal evidence, interfere with proceedings, identify protected persons unlawfully or create false material.
Fees and scope
Any fee, evidence limit, turnaround time and refund position should be confirmed before paid work begins. Automatic payment collection is not included in this plugin version.
Service availability
Uploads may fail because of file size, hosting limits, provider availability, unsupported formats or security controls. Users should retain their original files and should not rely on this website as the only copy.
