Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal information and uploaded evidence are handled by this service.
Who is responsible
Case Evidence Review operates this website. Contact: zr4nygbivc3d@sp88.co.uk.
Information processed
The service may process names, contact details, case papers, criminal-allegation information, witness accounts, medical information, images, audio, video and technical security data.
Evidence uploads
Uploaded files pass through temporary PHP upload storage solely to be forwarded for analysis. The plugin does not add them to the WordPress Media Library or save them as WordPress case records. Temporary local files are deleted after processing. Provider-side handling remains subject to the configured AI provider and account controls.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide the requested evidence-preparation service, protect the website, communicate with users and comply with legal obligations. The lawful bases and any conditions for criminal-offence or health data must be documented for the final operating model.
Sharing
Information may be processed by approved hosting, email, transcription or AI providers and may be shared with the instructed legal representatives where the user has authority. A final notice must name or properly describe the actual recipients and international-transfer safeguards.
Retention
The plugin is designed not to retain case uploads or generated reports in WordPress. Contact messages may remain in the receiving mailbox. Operational logs, backups and provider retention must be documented separately.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, individuals may have rights concerning access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion. Requests should be sent to the contact email above. Individuals may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
